When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2 pm ET typically ship the next business day. You'll get a tracking email as soon as the carrier picks up the parcel.Do you ship internationally?
Most shops on Belle Palace ship within the United States. Individual shops may offer international shipping — check the shipping panel on the product page.How do I track an order?
Sign in and open Your orders. Each row links to the carrier's real-time tracking once the shop dispatches the package.
Returns & refunds
What is your return window?
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Some shops extend this window — see the product detail page for the exact policy.How do I start a return?
Open the order in Your ordersand pick “Start a return”. The shop receives the request instantly and will email you the return label.When will I be refunded?
Refunds post to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the shop receives the returned goods.
Payments & security
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards through Stripe. Some shops also support Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout.Is my payment information stored?
We never store card numbers on our servers. Payment tokens are held by Stripe; Belle Palace only keeps the masked last-4 display for your receipt.

Who are the shops on Belle Palace?
Belle Palace is a curated marketplace of verified nail-supply and professional beauty shops. You can browse every shop or filter by category.How do I message a shop?
Open the product page and tap the chat icon in the buy box, or go straight to Your inbox. Shops usually reply within one business day.What does the blue verified tick mean?
A verified tick means we've confirmed the shop's business identity and payout account. It does not guarantee product availability; always check the buy box for stock.

How do I reset my password?
Use the Forgot password form. We'll email a reset link that's valid for 30 minutes.How do I delete my account?
Email support@bpnailsolution.com with your account email. We'll close the account within 3 business days and delete identifying data per our privacy policy.
